PHARMACY INFORMATION

Filling your prescription

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is the only specialty pharmacy that provides KEVEYIS. They will deliver it directly to your doorstep at no cost. Once your prescription is received, a PANTHERx case manager will work with you and your doctor’s office to confirm your information.

Don’t worry — your Patient Access Manager will guide you through this process.

Health insurance support

Navigating health insurance can feel like a lot. Xeris CareConnection can help you and your doctor understand and meet your plan’s coverage requirements. 

Once you enroll in Xeris CareConnection, your Patient Access Manager will complete a benefits investigation to give you personalized information about your insurance coverage and financial assistance programs (including how to potentially get the $0 copay).*

KEVEYIS $0 Copay Program

Eligible patients may pay as little as $0 for their prescription.*

*Eligible patients pay as little as $0 with a maximum annual savings of $10,000. The authorized specialty pharmacy will activate the copay card for eligible patients and apply it to each prescription until the annual maximum has been reached. This card is not valid for prescriptions that may be reimbursed under a federal or state healthcare program, including Medicare, Medicaid, or any other similar federal or state healthcare program, including any state pharmacy assistance program.
